Max – is an oyster farmer – and as he says a fisherman – and really spoke of the love for his work. For a detailed process, as well as his pride to support oysters. His appreciation to speak up about his standard for oysters. And he speaks to how to appreciate the time to create one. Further – there is more communication about appreciation for food and excellent service. Do take a listen to hear a bit more about oysters.

Max did speak up a little bit so please be mindful as this is a conversation that is honest about his experience and knowledge as an oyster farmer. Alex is in in behind but I didn’t expect the microphone to pick up his input.

This is not a podcast for little ears.

This was a day that started in PEI with a couple of interviews and I ended up driving to New Brunswick late that night for several the next day. Not having any preconceived notions of the people I was meeting was super important to me. I wanted to see the person and what they cared about and how it shaped where they were. That was it. It took on a life of its own and I was very grateful. Here was a super fun interview with requests for some edits but I mostly let it be – please appreciate and stay curious.

See how the trip was a real road trip where I trusted what came to be – during one interview, then a person would connect me with another after listening a bit more to the fact I was really trying to go where the person wanted to go – I was super grateful that Max gave me his time.

June 2nd there will be another podcast released from podbean and post to come soon after!

For a bit more about each of them please check out the previous podcasts!
