OUR Food Adventure via email

Irena Forbes

Hi! I'm Irena, I love to learn, taste food, talk to people, and laugh along the way.

If I was a food I'd be a squash! Squashes are used for all courses and compliment other dishes.

As a Registered Dietitian I enjoy learning and discussing with people about nutrition and food. It is important to find ways to balance health in our busy lives.

And yes, there is room for a bit of sweetness :)
